Alex Bush (BSc) began in the fitness industry making informative & humorous UA-cam content in 2014. He graduated from USI in 2017, with a degree in Exercise Science. He coaches competitive physique clients from all around the world.
Sue Bush (BSc, CPT) is an ACE certified trainer, along with being a certified fitness nutritionist. Sue has been coaching and teaching clients for the past few years as well as still pursuing higher education.

Great vid. I am a cyclist and started doing these. I feel like it's more for back but I've read it's great for hams and glutes. You agree? I have to improve the form.
Best channel honestly
In tracking my calories and macros - these net carb tortillas have me confused. 32g of carbs but with 28g of fiber. They seem to not count the fiber towards calories since the labeled calories per tortilla is 110 cal. So, when i am tracking in myfitnesspal, it tracks 32g of carbs towards my macros but only 110 cal towards my daily total... Today i had 3 of these tortillas (yes im bulking lol) and towards the end of the day, i was meeting/exceeding my daily goal for all my macro nutrients, but i still had to eat like 500 more calories to meet my bulking goal? Seems odd when my macros and calories arent matching up like that. Any advice?

This guy has one of the best explanation on. UA-cam . Think about it when using wide overhand grip pull-down it’s sort of shed to push ur elbows Foreard feels uncomfy for the wrist but doing it nuteraul drip allow ur elbow to come forward and lats to open up

Dumbbell pullovers are a great compromise because it thickens the inner chest and upper lats. Combine it with facepulls, and you improve posture and get nicer shoulders.

Youre clearly very knowledgeable. But this video could be so much better. 4 minutes 3 seconds video and only 1 rep. Try to use "show, dont tell". Also, what to angle should your hips be in, and arm pits?

Well. There's pretty much 1 thing necessary. A lot of effort ;) Unless you do steroids, than sit and wait for your results :p
